This is just a random cake I did as a practice, as I don’t get to make these cakes very much – the bottom tier is a chocolate sponge and the other two are dummies! I decided to make ribbon roses compared to realistic roses as I thought it would fit the cake better. Higher up on the cake I did some quilting and swag lines. Hope you enjoy it!
