I found inspiration for this cake from Dawn Butler, and slightly tweaked it. It’s a defying gravity Christmas cake (Using CakeFrame) made to look like a jug of cream being poured over a Christmas pudding (Vanilla sponge, covered in brown fondant). I had been wanting to do a defying a cake for a long time, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity!
