This is a full size champagne bucket cake I made for my brother in laws 50th birthday. It was made from 4 × 10″ chocolate Mocha cakes with mocha butter cream, ganached then covered. I used isomalt to make the bottle and ice, first time making ice and would love any tips on how to stop it turning yellow?. I’m going to have a go with isomalt crystals next time see if that’s any better x
