Short notice I have been asked to make a small crocodile cake for a little boy. An ultimate chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache. I have not used much of my airbrush so I did pull my finger to find it in the cupboard. I hate colouring fondant so I thought this is the best option. I used all white fondant then spray first with yellow, then green and finally black. It may not be the exact details on the real crocodile but I’m happy how it turned out and most importantly the customer is happy.
