This was a ‘bon voyage’ cake that my client had me create for one of her long-time employees that was moving to another city. She wanted a Luis Vuitton suitcase with a pinot noir bottle sticking out of it. They only needed less than 20 servings, but one cannot make a small suitcase cake & have a wine bottle be proportional to it, so 90% of it was left over. LOL! I chose the carryon style as it has the nice front pocket for the wine & is as small as I could get.
The LV logo pattern on the front is all hand-painted. The checkerboard pattern on the sides is modeling chocolate, & the entire cake is covered in chocolate fondant. The cake itself is White Velvet with White Chocolate Raspberry buttercream filling. The wine bottle is poured white chocolate covered with fondant

Christy, if that doesn’t look like a real Luis Vuitton, I don’t know what does! :)
