I made this cake for my Dad’s birthday which happens to fall on Christmas Day itself. The cake was Baileys Irish Cream chocolate bundt cake, topped with peppermint white chocolate ganache, decorated with fresh raspberries, roasted walnuts, sage leaves and rosemary sprigs.
