my dear friend Jay Rolfe of Just Jen’s Just Desserts kindly had me staying with her for a weekend back in June 2015 and I did an unofficial private class with her and two other fabulously talented cake ladies (Helena of Clearly Cake and Igna of Bella Bakery) . What a fantastic day and we all brought food and had a jolly old feast during our lunch break. I taught them how to paint with cocoa butter onto sugar paste cupcake toppers and as you can see from the photos, did such gorgeous toppers… and Jay baked us all yummy cupcakes for them to be put onto as well… I was so pleased with my first students work.
