My last cake of the year I designed just for fun. Wanted to try out a new mold I made for the bottom tier and also try another cocoa butter painting that I hope I will be able to offer as a class project in 2016. If anyone is interested in the mold drop me a line.
I first tried cocoa butter early in 2015 and have since fallen in love with it as it is such an amazing median to work with so if any of you get a chance to take a class on cocoa butter painting you must take it, it will change the way you think about paining on cakes.
