I was very proud to be part of a small collaboration if 16 cake artists raising money for various children’s charities. This was the brainchild of Hannah Edwards of The Cake Illusionist. Each collaborator made a cake to be raffled/auctioned for a charity of their choosing.
My chosen charity was Save The Children and I was over the moon to raise a total of £235. The winner was not local to me and very generously donated the cake to a local children’s hospital (children’s ward at University Hospital Coventry).
Frosty was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam fillings and he stood just over 12" tall.
