This is Santa visiting St.Lucia Water Skiing with the Pitons on the background. Santa is sporting his St.Lucian Swimming pants, while he carries his sack full of presents for all the local children, whilst his elf drives the Jet. Both figures are made with Satin Ice gumpaste, The Jet is RKT covered in ganache then fondant.
