I purchased one a couple of karen davies moulds and couldn’t wait to use them, so I did on our Christmas cake. The cake kind of evolved as I was decorating it , I didn’t set out with any plan. But made all the better because my 15 year old son wanted to try playing with sugarpaste and made the little teddy!
The cake is all fruit cake. I also tried marbling of colours and cut the sugarpaste into tree like shapes to achieve the forest on the top tier.
