This is my santa bust cake I did yesterday, I was trying to figure out a way to have the edible snow blowing towards the camera but I was having a hard time. if you have any suggestions, please share. Santa is 100% edible (well 99%, the wire on his glasses are not. lol), made out of fondant , modeling chocolate, he is completely handpainted.
