Hi, I am a full time secretary and found my love of cake making a couple of years ago during a period of depression. I was off work and needed to find something to occupy myself.

I had make a couple of cakes for my sons birthday and was really proud of them and I began to love making Toppers and cakes.

My piece is a scene that is how I feel Christmas should look…..the decorated tree with presents under it, the roaring fire with stockings and candles and of course the child writing out their very long Santa list.
