This cake was made for a little girls 2nd birthday, the cake was made from vanilla sponge with a jam and buttercream filling and was covered with sugarpaste, the decoration and roses were made from modelling paste along with the lettering which is hand cut and the horse was handpainted with vodka and colour pastes.
