This cake is from last month, the bride came to me with four weeks notice, fortunately November is not busy for weddings so I was able to accommodate her!
She wanted a two-tier unwired version of my blossoms and berries cake from earlier in the year, but in shades of orange instead. Top tier rich fruitcake (speed matured in the freezer!!), lower tier chocolate sponge with salted caramel buttercream.
A simple enough, no drama wedding cake – my favourite kind! ;)
