This was one of the most fun and challenging cakes we’ve made. It’s based on the incredible cake originally created by Elisa Strauss for the launch of the Lego Batman video game. I tried to do it justice, on a much smaller scale.

The 2 larger outer buildings are cake. One is Dark Chocolate with white chocolate buttercream filling, and the other is White Velvet cake with Strawberry Fields Forever filling. The figurines are actual Lego toys.
