This was my entry for the Annual Long Island Gingerbread competition. Theme was victorian. Took close to 35 hours to complete. Trees were ice cream cones covered in fondant and melted white chocolate. Mini trees were reeses peanut butter cupsin various sizes and “glued” together with melted chocolate. Spice drops, necco candies and chocolate pariels were used throughout. Wafer paper brushed with lustre dusts were used for the window and royal icing was used for the piping throughout. Oh and mini pretzels for the railings.
Awsome piece! Love it!
