I haven’t been very active on here for ages. It has been a year full of ups and downs, such is life’s rich tapestry. After my dad died, I lost my enthusiasm for cakes for a while and my heart wasn’t in it at all. Am desperately trying to get my mojo back again.
This cake was made to meet the remit of “Minions, Michael Jackson and Liverpool football club”. I am usually a less is more type, I like uncluttered, pretty, flowery cakes, so this was a challenge!
