I’ve been waiting do to a Mickey Mouse cake since I started cake decorating last year and this weekend I finally got an order for one – but not just a cake – biscuits, cupcakes and marshmallow pops too! So enjoyed this order but unfortunately little Barend has recently developed an egg allergy so I made him a special 15cm eggless chocolate cake all for himself. I printed a Mickey Mouse Face template of the internet and used this to cut out the different pieces of fondant. I then used an extruder for the thin lines to outline his eyes, mouth and face. Finally, I got to make this cake – and I was very happy with the result!
