Fruit cake with marzipan and bakels pettinice, edible hand painted gold leaves. Insdie of deer is pettinice and outside modelling chocolate made by chokit here in NZ, hand painted with rainbow dusts gold metallic paint. Bottom tier and board made to look like wood, used a mould but I didn’t like it so went over it all by hand with a thai carving knife. top of bottom tier is all by hand no mould.
I truly hate making boys and mens cakes lol.. so still had to include some flowers. I just made sure that they had a bit of gold to match the cake.
