I made this cake for a friend Greg Leitich Smith’s Middle Grade novel Borrowed Time’s book launch. It is a Mosasaur Dinosaur. The dinosaur is made of modeling chocolate, the coral and base is made of Chocolate cake, Chocolate Ganache, buttercream fondant and gum paste.
