Miles of ruffles that took me twice as long as usual due to our very wet weather. They didn’t fluff out like I wanted either, as they were so sticky. But the birthday girl’s mother loved it! Top tier is chocolate with chocolate chip cookie dough filling, and the bottom tier is white velvet with white chocolate buttercream filling.
