This is a cake for wonderful friends Anniversary. The top tier is a vanilla bean cake with pina colada filling,the bottom tier is a strawberry cream cake with the pina colada filling.Both cakes ganached in dark chocolate. the trim/boarders are done with wafer paper and roses are gum paste /fondant mix.The beautiful butterflies are done in my absolutely fav product,Cake Lace.
