Car cakes are our absolute passion. We would make them every day if we could.

This ford cobra was a wedding cake ordered as a surprise for the groom. It was their only cake so we felt the pressure. It is also a replica of the groom’s car.

The entire cake is edible aside from the windcreen (windshield for the non Aussies) due to weather conditions and gelatin setting failure.

After hundreds of hours making car cakes we’ve now created our own shellac that gives our cars a cut and polish effect.
