It was a welcome surprise for us to be featured again in Cake Central magazine (Volume 6 Issue 5). I am most grateful for a very supportive community of cake artists who inspire me to do my very best and push my limits.

Coming from a city where trains are not a mode of transportation, it was a challenge for me as an artist. However, the concept of love stories that may have happened on train rides from centuries past was an inspiration. Strangers meet, boy meets girl and men marrying the love of their life. No soot or smoke in the air, but only the sweet scent of flowers brought about by their own romantic journey.

If I were to time-travel, i would love to be on a vintage train and witness some of the greatest love stories ever told. How about you?
