Made this cake for my daughter’s 29th birthday party – she was totally surprised! Her first 3 tier cake ever! Top and bottom tiers are dummy cakes. Middle tier is a vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and butter cream ridged icing. Owls are actually Christmas decorations I found in a home decor shop. Bunting downloaded from Google. All in all, a very easy cake to make! To go along with her cake I also made her some vanilla cupcakes with lemon curd filling (her favourite!), biscuits with sugar paste toppers, and marshmallow pops.
