A large chocolate sponge supported on a custom made back board by Fabricaking it, and counterbalanced by a very heavy butchers block base board.
I really dislike doing car cakes, and can honestly say I will NEVER.DO.THIS.AGAIN. The figures are gumpaste, as is Hedwig and the train and viaduct. Boards covered with fondant and hand painted.
It was ordered for a 21st Birthday, and absolutely made his day apparently.
