Hello all, I have been away for awhile due to health issues but I am back to the land of the living,( and caking). This little number is an Anniversary cake for my best friend. They are both vanilla bean cakes with fresh strawberry preserves. The bottom cake is decorated with vanilla bean smb ant the top the same with all fondant embellishments. …. so glad to be back,I have missed you all. Cheers!xx
