This was made for my friends daughter who was having a cowgirl themed party, without the traditional cowgirl decor. Cake is iced in buttercream, with the pretty rosettes, cake lace, and rolled ribbon roses. I had some extra batter so I also threw in some simply decorated cupcakes as well. The topper is a piece of gumpaste with tiny roses all over it.
