This was a quick cake that I made for my son’s birthday tomorrow. I decided to make him a smallish cake, so modelled the head last night and finished off the rest today.

He has an adorable pug and always likes his mug of tea, so I thought about combining the 2.

All of it was modelled by hand and hand painted, from the tiles to the colouring and details on the pug, as I have yet to get an airbrush.

Whisky cake with a white chocolate cream.
