This was my contribution to the lovely Collaboration by Zoe on endangered animals.

My son’s first impression was that he hated the cake because I put the Chimpanzee in a cage.. so I knew that I had got the message I wanted to deliver. It was nice to see he shared the same sentiments towards animals himself.

Once I explained he seemed to understand and warm up to the cake. Now he loves it.
