When my oldest grandson was a toddler he was impressed with people in uniform, especially police officers. So for his 3rd birthday i made him this cake I found in an old Wilton yearbook.
It was made with two bell shaped pans with one placed upside down for the face. It was pound cake covered in butter cream. The hat’s brim was done in color flow. (This is the same grandson that got married last month and for whom I made the groom’s cake which I posted on this site: Owl Groom’s cake)
