Autumn at its best – Cake Masters Magazine – TUTORIAL OCTOBER 2015

I am soooooooo happy and honoured that Cake Masters approached me to do this tutorial for them, that I really feel that I am over the moon!!!!!

I named the cake Rita, as one of my aunties (Rita) died 2 days before I had scheduled the photography of the tutorial, so I thought that instead of putting A & Z (as I normally do for display wedding cakes) it came out naturally to put her name inside the heart of the cake. This way, I will always remember her, as I will keep this magazine FOREVER!!!!
