The parents of the Bride Groom, whose wedding cake I made last weekend, are celebrating their Emerald Wedding Anniversary this weekend. This is a Gluten free vanilla sponge. The first few pictures are just the sugar flower topper in a vase.
My first time using massa Ticino paste. I really loved it apart from the fact the crumb coat was buttercream, so the finish was not great – my fault not the paste!
