Hi, I made this wedding cake a couple of weeks ago. This is not my design, the bride came to me with a photo of a cake that she had taken at a wedding fair so if you are the original artist please get in touch so I can let everyone know. The bottom tier was the first time of making stripes for me and I’m really pleased with the result. The middle tier, made up of many ruffles and several hours of work I think looks really effective. I tweaked the top tier slightly, the bunting was made of edible images of the bunting used at the venue and I added some tiny rose detailing around the cake. Topped with a cake topper of the brides choice and decorated with a pretty burlap ribbon. I love the final look of the cake :-)
