New York…. New York!!!

Here’s my latest.

It was done for a lady who used to live and work in the City that never sleeps.
That logo represents the company she worked with.

Skyline in the bottom is all handpainted. Apple is RKT covered in modelling chocolate and airbrushed.
For the yellow and green part I used Avalon’s technique from Avalon Cakes. It’s a magnificent technique. I can assure you. Look at the result on the apple.
