Spent and evening in front of the TV making these for an up coming cake. I had watched a tutorial for the Peony and it set me thinking about using a polystyrene bud for the Roses too. The petals are cut out using a die and die cutting machine. I usually cut 3 sheets of wafer at a time so it really does cut down the time spent making the petals. They will benefit from the use of some petal dust to add light and shade before being used on the cake and I want to get some more made up before I decide on the final design.
