Inspired by the iconic Katherine Sabbath design. I donated this cake for a raffle at my daughter’s kindergarten, and thought it would be a great opportunity to try out this cake style.

This was super fun to make something so colourful and crazy! The ganache drip nearly did my head in and ended up thicker and lumpier than I wanted, but I’m determined to master it! lol

Now to clean up the sprinkle explosion in my kitchen :-P
