This cake I have made for my collegue`s birthday. Her favorite colour is purple.
For the first time I made Anemone flower, and I realy enjoyed making it. I have made also – peony, cala, ivy and some leaves. I am using home made gum paste, sugar lace and fondant.
Botom is “Chess cake” with custard, butter and cream. It is covered with fondant, and around it I placed a purple sugar lace.
The top was made just from fondant, and now with all the flowers it stays on my collegue desk.
