sometimes a cake has a story …. i received a call from a customer 2 weeks ago asking for help . their cake decorator had been taken ill and could no longer complete their wedding cake . I agreed to help them and this is the redesigned cake for their art deco wedding . hand made sugar calla lilies , chamomile daisies and roses twined around a 5 tier cake , with handpainted gold scrollwork and birdcage , and ‘flying’ birds hand decorated with gold .
