These cakes were for my Uncle Jake’s 50th birthday. We had several flavors to choose from including: Chocolate Peanut Butter, Carrot and Coconut Cream. He and his wife absolutely adore their garden as well as feeding all the critters that like to wander through, especially squirrels! So, we thought it would be cute to make him one! The squirrel is fashioned out of rice crispies and covered in fondant. We did not own an airbrush at the time, so we went right to work with our paintbrushes and dusts. All decorations are made of fondant and are completely edible. We thoroughly enjoyed making these, we hope you like them too! Thanks for taking a peek :)
