Had a hard time thinking what cake to make for my dad’s birthday.

Since it’s been our tradition to serve noodles on every birthday, as a symbol of longevity, together with a birthday cake, I thought why not combine the two and make a noodles cake. Complete with some shrimps, egg, peas, sliced chillis, and they are all made from fondant! :)
