100% buttercream 1/4 sheet cake. Two tone purple for flowers, scrollwork, Buttercream ribbon, and ruffle top edge boarder.
Bottom boarder is #352 leaves with small #3 blue accents on every other leaf. small blue flowers added in #102 tip and #4 piped petals. I hope you like~ :)
