This is a cake I made a few years ago for my best friend’s grandson’s first birthday. The mom wanted primary colors and blocks. I made a 12 inch square cake, divided in fourths then I cut out one fourth and stacked it on the opposite corner. The letters spell the baby’s name. Covered with colorful buttercream flavored marshmallow fondant. It was a little challenging but I was pleased with the end result. Both mom and grandmom loved it.
