I feel so honored to have been able to make a cake for my grandchildren’s great-great grandmother’s 100th Birthday!!! Lois is a lovely lady that I have been privileged to have in my life! Her eyes and ears are failing her but her mind is still sharp as ever! We wanted to do an all buttercream cake and I love White Flower Cake Shop so they were the inspiration for this cake! My piping skills definitely need a lot of work but I loved making this cake and I hope that you like it too! Be sure to check out the last photo to see the birthday girl!

Thank you Toni for your sweet comment and the fave! Yes it is an honor to make a 100th birthday cake! I don’t think we will do that too many times in our lives! Toni I love the White Flower Cake Shop flowers too! And really they aren’t hard at all to do but I wish I could piping on the sides of the cakes like they do!! I’m going to need a LOT more practicing!

Oh boy that is just lovely!! I think you did an super job on the piping and the buttercream flowers. The petals look very delicate. You can feel the love you poured in =D
