My Inspiration was Jacki Fanto of Blissfully sweet’s Christmas cake. I loved the organic feminine feel of her cake and I thought of a fairy in the woods
I sculpted the fairy from a modeling chocolate and fondant mixture. I wanted to keep her very delicate , so I made her dress from wafer paper and her wings were dipped gelatin.
