I made a tiny replica of Cynthia’s piece to fit her top tier cake. I couldn’t resist to bring my little personal touch with one of my figurines.
The entire 8 serves cake was covered with a dark chocolate ganache. Whereas the tiny hand crafted sleeping fairy leave was made out of modeling chocolate. She fits my center hand palm (7,5cm). All the little leaves were airbrushed and randomly cut with use of no template nor cookie-cutters.
