Sweet sixtieth

Adapted from a cake I’d made earlier, this was one of two cakes for a much loved mum and grandma on her 60th. Whites, ivories & silver.
Did I mention that the Mumbai rains are a pleasure to work in? NOT! Oh the humidity! :(
