A lemon and elderflower buttercream top tier, with chocolate and cherry compote filling on the bottom tier. This cake is deceptively large (12" + 10"). It was for a huge multi-generational birthday celebration held by the sea, in honour of a lady who’s been on quite a few of life’s great adventures! It was a team effort.
