This one really killed my Cake OCD! I had to deliver just a plain white cake & then let this amazing florist who specializes in terrariums transform it with moss & succulents. It is SO much harder to do just a plain white cake—-it has to be perfect! So here’s the before & after she worked her magic. All of the florals are fresh & added by the florist, not by me!

The bottom tier is White Velvet with white chocolate buttercream, the middle tier is Australian Chocolate Mud cake with Chocolate Silk buttercream filling, & the top tier is Strawberry Fields Forever—-strawberry cake & strawberry buttercream filling.
